Fans are still buzzing about All Out 2024, a pay-per-view many are calling the darkest in AEW’s history. While All In at Wembley was a celebration, All Out was filled with violence and intense rivalries. In Chicago, Daniel Garcia tried to injure MJF, Jon Moxley nearly suffocated Bryan Danielson with a plastic bag, and Swerve Strickland and Hangman Page pushed the limits of brutality in the main event.
During the post-show media scrum, AEW President Tony Khan was asked about how these extreme moments came about and where AEW draws the line on violence.
Khan explained, “The company has been improving in this area. We have the smartest wrestlers and coaches, and our roster keeps getting better. There’s a lot of thought behind what you saw tonight. I believe we showcased the best professional wrestlers in the world, displaying a variety of styles and moments.”
Khan expressed his satisfaction with the show, describing it as an ambitious effort that was truly special. He compared it to a rollercoaster ride with different matches and dramatic finishes, crediting the wrestlers, the backstage staff, and the fans for making every moment possible.
