Kelani Jordan remains the Women’s North American Champion as “WWE NXT” concludes its tenure on the USA Network, defeating Wren Sinclair of No Quarter Catch Crew on the latest episode.
Sinclair earned her title shot after encouragement from Heritage Cup Champion Charlie Dempsey to establish herself within the group. The confrontation escalated when Sinclair interrupted Jordan’s interview and slapped her, sparking a backstage brawl.
Opening the show, Jordan and Sinclair engaged with NQCC at ringside. Sinclair dominated early until Jordan countered with a flying crossbody over the top rope. After a picture-in-picture break, Sinclair blocked Jordan’s split-legged moonsault once, but Jordan persevered with a frog splash attempt. Sinclair missed a dive outside the ring, crashing into NQCC members. Back in the ring, Jordan capitalized with a split-legged moonsault for the win.
Jordan, who claimed the inaugural title in a ladder match at NXT Battleground, continues to defend her championship against tough opponents like Izzi Dame, Wendy Choo, and TNA Wrestling’s Rosemary in recent weeks.
