Mickie James Reveals The Next Participant In NWA’s Women’s Invitational


Mickie James has taken to her Twitter account today to confirm the second participant in NWA’s Women’s Invitational Tournament. After previously announcing indie wrestler Tootie Lynn, James has now confirmed that Jamie Senegal will also be part of the tournament.

Senegal has wrestled in multiple indie promotions across America already in her career. Mickie James would retweet a promotional video from Senegal’s Twitter account, hyping her skillset in the ring ahead of her debut in NWA.

NWA’s Women’s Invitational Tournament will take place at NWA Empowerrr, the all women’s NWA pay-per-view. The winner of the tournament will face off against NWA World Women’s Champion at NWA 73.

The current card for NWA Empowerr will also see the return of the NWA World Women’s Tag Team Championship’s. It will also see current NWA World Women’s Champion Kamille defend her title against a still to be confirmed opponent. However, there is also a rumoured match for the show featuring Impact Wrestling’s Knockout’s Champion Deonna Purrazzo. You can read about that match here.
