The Wrestling World Reacts To Super Porky’s Passing

Lucha Libre icon Jose Alvarado Nieves better known as Super Porky passed away on Monday at the age of 58. Nieves’ son, who is known in the industry as Psycho Clown has since confirmed that his death was the result of a heart attack.

Super Porky was a legend in CMLL. Spending twenty years with the company between 1985 and 2005. Following his exit from the company, he would spend a brief stint in WWE, before joining AAA. He would stay with AAA till 2009, before he would leave the company. Nieves would wrestle across various independent companies after his AAA departure, including returning to CMLL.
