Triple H Announces Additional Prize For WWE Crown Jewel Champions

This weekend, WWE Crown Jewel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, will feature both the men’s and women’s world titleholders competing to claim the inaugural WWE Crown Jewel Champion titles. The highly anticipated matches include World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER taking on Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, while Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan squares off against WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax.

During the Crown Jewel Kickoff Show, WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque made a significant announcement. He revealed that the two new championship belts will remain in Saudi Arabia at the WWE Experience attraction, rather than traveling back to the United States with the winners.

“These titles will stay here in Saudi Arabia, right here inside the WWE Experience,” Triple H shared. “This way, all of you can come and see these actual titles on display.” He also noted that the Crown Jewel Champions will receive a massive, Super Bowl-style ring as a symbol of their achievement. The unique rings will allow champions to build a legacy, collecting them annually with each victory at this event.

This isn’t the first time WWE has introduced ceremonial titles exclusive to Saudi Arabia. In 2018, Braun Strowman claimed a commemorative championship belt and trophy after outlasting 49 competitors in the Greatest Royal Rumble. That same year, Shane McMahon won the WWE World Cup at Crown Jewel, declaring himself the “Best in the World.” In 2019, Crown Jewel saw Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows win the World Tag Team Cup, while in 2020’s Super ShowDown, The Undertaker defeated AJ Styles to secure the Tuwaiq Trophy.
